Valencia, CA - Opening June 2025

Located in a peaceful, modern neighborhood near Six Flags Magic Mountain, our Valencia home offers a calm, welcoming environment perfect for individuals ready to grow in independence. With access to nature trails, shopping, and community life, this home provides the ideal balance of structure and freedom. Residents enjoy lease-based housing with optional in-home support tailored to their personal goals.

Inglewood, CA - Opening June 2025

Inglewood is a city on the rise, with growing opportunities and vibrant culture. Our home in Inglewood helps residents stay rooted in their community while navigating challenges like gentrification and rising rent. We provide affordable, stable housing with supports that promote self-sufficiency, access to transit, and community connection within a culturally competent, person-driven model.

Adelanto , CA- Opening June 2025

Our upcoming Adelanto home brings life-changing support to a region with limited local services. Set in a quiet desert community, this project offers safe, subsidized housing with flexible support options like remote ILS and mobile PA services. Ideal for individuals who prefer a calm, rural lifestyle while still receiving the guidance and structure they need to thrive.
