We’re excited to open new housing opportunities in Valencia, Inglewood, and Adelanto, California—designed for adults seeking independence, inclusion, and stability. Each location offers safe, modern homes with income-based rent and flexible living options. Our properties are not facilities—they are real homes where residents sign leases, make choices, and build them toward their goals. All locations provide access to optional support through the Self-Determination Program or traditional services. Whether you're transitioning from family care, foster care, or housing instability, Next Level Living provides “A PATH TO PURPOSE” with dignity, Stability, and community. Affordable, Accessible Housing with Real Rights

We provide income-based rent options including $0 for qualifying individuals and ensure every resident has full tenancy rights through legally binding rental agreements. Our model keeps housing secure, stable, and person controlled.
